Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), the fulfilment of a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), the establishment/exercise/protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e) and the legitimate interests of our Company (Art. 5/2-f); and, where required, based on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Your data may be transferred, only to the extent required by the purposes above, to our hosting and infrastructure providers, e-mail and analytics service providers, and to authorised public institutions, in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Where service providers host servers abroad (e.g. e-mail/analytics), transfers are carried out within the framework of safeguards compliant with the legislation.

7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad, to request rectification of incomplete/incorrect data, to request erasure/destruction where conditions are met, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to results arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.
